2006 mf6480 dyna-6 tier2.excellent tractor for field work. terrible on road even though only 40kph. just doesn't like hills at all. gearbox brilliant but range change very slow and can catch you out running alongside combine.cab roomy and comfortable, pretty quiet, hard wearing. controls well placed. memories easily retrieved and altered. linkage activation not a problem. work lights good. no upper grab rail can be awkward. done 7000hrs or so - engine untouched. replaced open centre hydraulic pump, gearbox clutch packs, shuttle accumulator, rear half shaft, front hub seal, and numerous solenoids. probably not changing any time soon, but would prefer another late model than a new 7600 or 7700.

great all round tractor . I thought i would need the extra power for the loads i pull but no problem to this machine. would buy another one.
